Spice Nightlife — Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion
    Book an eligible event with Spice Nightlife during the promotional period for the chance to win back the prepayment amount paid for your booking.

  2. Promotional period
    The promotion runs from 1/9/2026 to 31/12/2026. Entries must be received within this period.

  3. Eligibility
    The promotion is open to customers aged 18 years or over who book and pay the required prepayment for an eligible Spice Nightlife event during the promotional period. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Spice Nightlife are not eligible to enter.

  4. How to enter
    Customers are automatically entered when they:

  • make an eligible event booking directly with Spice Nightlife; and

  • pay the required prepayment in full during the promotional period.

One entry applies per eligible booking. Cancelled, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, or incomplete bookings are not eligible.

  1. Prize
    One winner will receive a refund equal to the prepayment amount actually paid for their eligible booking, up to a maximum of $20,000. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash beyond the refund of the applicable prepayment.

  2. Winner selection and notification
    One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on 7/1/2027. The winner will be contacted using the details provided with their booking. If the winner does not respond within [7] days, Spice Nightlife may select another winner.

  3. Refund process
    The prize will be paid by bank transfer to the bank account nominated by the winner within five (5) business days after the winner has confirmed account details. The winner is responsible for providing accurate bank account details. Spice Nightlife is not responsible for delays or loss arising from incorrect account details supplied by the winner.

  4. General
    Spice Nightlife may verify the eligibility of any entrant and may disqualify an entrant who breaches these terms or provides misleading information. Spice Nightlife may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform used to promote it.

  5. Privacy
    Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Spice Nightlife’s privacy practices and used to administer the promotion.
